What This Retreat Is Really About
This retreat is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about feeding the right parts of yourself.
There is a carefully held container, but also plenty of free time — time to journal, walk by the sea, wander through woodland, explore the local village, or simply sit with a cup of tea and your thoughts.
This is time for you — but not in isolation.
It’s time held in community, where shared presence, conversation and collective ritual deepen the experience in ways that solo time cannot.
The Experience
Across the retreat you’ll be supported through:
Every guest receives a Reiki session as part of the retreat, with the option to book additional treatments for deeper personal work.
All food is lovingly prepared, home-cooked and deeply nourishing — supporting your body, heart and soul throughout your stay.
The Space
The retreat takes place at a beautiful five-star bed and breakfast in Broadstone, Dorset, located within a well-connected township setting.
While the B&B itself is not rural or isolated, it is ideally placed for access to some of Dorset’s most beautiful natural spaces, including:
This allows you to enjoy the comfort and convenience of a high-quality accommodation base, with the option to easily spend free time immersed in nature, whether by the sea, in the woods, or exploring the local area.
You can choose to attend residentially or non-residentially, allowing flexibility whether you wish to stay onsite, locally, or travel in each day.
